The River Knows pours a tempting deep red and exudes a full-bodied aroma of soft berries. The flavour is fruity and sharply piquant with the passion fruit coming through strongly. All culminating in an alluringly tart finish.

L: Cloudy orange with a red hue. The fizzing, white head collapses immediately leaving no lacing.
S: Fresh summer berries with a background aroma of white wine vinegar.
T&F: Very tart fruit flavour. Mouthfeel is sharp and acidic.
O: A strongly sour fruit beer. Blueberry and passionfruit is an odd combination but fortunately the tart passionfruit shines through. Clean and refreshing.
