Copenhagen 11/5 2021. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Thornbridge's usual design with a offwhite can with light green ornaments. Basqueland's logo hidden away at the bottom of the can.

Pours clear, pale yellow with a mid-sized, dense white head. Stable. Settles as 1 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.

Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of tropical fruit mingling with strong citric notes. Peach and pineapple. Grapefruit with hints of pine trees.

Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and tingling texture.

Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.

Quite nice and appropriately bitter Indian Pale Ale.

440 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7.2%. Clear pale golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma of citrus zest, grass and pine. Refreshing fruity and spicy flavour, medium dry, distinct notes of citrus peel, moderate resinous bitterness.
