Quiet Storm is a unique series of single hop showcases. Using some of our favourite hop varieties, the ambition of this project is to really the full spectrum and capability of each individual variety through precise application at different stages of brewing, Huell Melon is a glorious aroma hop from Hull in Germany and is descended from the American Cascade variety. It brings a great balance to any beer and we believe works beautifully as a single hop with its distinctive notes of melon and strawberry.

L: Clear, very pale gold, two fingers of cream head. Light carbonation.
S: Nothing.
T: Light and floral but very bitter.
F: Medium body, smooth mouthfeel.
O: Showcasing this German hop. Some honeydew melon, very dry but ultimately a bit one-dimensional and boring.
