Quiet Storm is a unique series of single hop showcases. Using some of our favourite hop varieties, the ambition of this project is to really highlight the full spectrum and capability of each individual variety through precise application at different stages of brewing.
Australia produces some phenomenal hops that we love to use and Vic Secret is one of the best! Originating from the state of Victoria in the south-east of the country, this variety is known for packing a real wallop. Initial aromas of mango and guava with a touch of pine, followed by a riot of juicy pineapple on the palate.

440ml can.
L: Light haze, pale gold colour and one finger of soapy head with spotty lacing.
S: Marmalade but very delicate.
T: Underripe pineapple, lemon pith and young pine. Moderately bitter.
F: Light body but with a nicely oily mouthfeel.
O: A great hop. Once again, too one-dimensional as a stand-alone beer but interesting to try.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
