Quiet Storm is a unique series of single hop showcases. Using some of our favourite hop varieties, the ambition of this project is to really highlight the full spectrum and capability of each individual variety through precise application at different stages of brewing.
An american hop launched in 2014, Ekuanot is derived from the venerable warrior variety, which has been a long-time favourite of craft brewers worldwide. Ekuanot brings a different dimension to any beer and is perfect for a single hop brew, with plentiful flavours of lemon, mango, papaya and even hints of red berries.
