Our friends from Peckham came to join us in Bakewell for a collaboration brew. We both love a traditional Belgian Witbier and were excited to work on one together.
We have adhered to the classic style and this pours nice and light with an alluring haziness. The aroma holds coriander and spice and on the palate, there is zesty citrus intertwined with a delicate herbal note. It’s bright and sparkling with a refreshing dry finish.

440ml can. Collaboration with Brick Brewery. Hazy, yellow/orange colour with a thin head that leaves spotty lacing. Soft, estery aroma of lemon blossom and dusty yeast. Taste follows the nose, with a hint of coriander, but aftertaste is a tad harsh, verging on metallic. A dry but thin mouthfeel. An easy-drinking but somewhat lightweight wit. Refreshing on a hot day but not much character.
