We have taken our original Halcyon recipe, already known for its huge hop profile, and turned it up to 11!
It pours with an alluring light gold haze and the aromas radiate from the glass carrying forth flavours of peach and mango. The bitterness has been softened just a little, creating a pillowy mouthfeel and really allowing the complex and layered tropical flavours to take centre stage.

Can. Translucent golden straw colour with very little foam.
A pronounced aroma of citrus and tropical fruit hops. Tangerine and mango discerned.
Fruity again when tasted. Bitter sweet.
Medium carbonation and body. A quite refreshing finish.
A good, complex DDH IPA that's easy to drink.

L: Light haze, golden orange with two fingers of cream head that collapses to a smear and leaves an arc of lacing.
S: Rich, sweet, tropical fruit.
T: Mango, orange & pineapple. Aftertaste offers some alcohol heat.
F: Medium body, soft mouthfeel, slightly oily coating, light carbonation, finishes dry-ish.
O: Nicely balanced DIPA, oozing tropical fruit with a silken mouthfeel. Dangerously easy-drinking for >7% ABV.
Need to try a tasting comparison with the regular Halcyon IPA.
