Bottle conditioned. Brewed on the Burton Union system rescued from Marston's.
Straw colour. Wispy head which clings and trails to the side of the glass.
Citrus lemon when smelt along with a touch of grass. Burton snatch? Or is that just my hopeful imagination?
The taste is not much different from the aroma. Medium bitter finish.
A smooth yet chalky feel with a light carbonation. Quite dry.
Very similar to the normal Jaipur. Perhaps an AIPA doesn't quite work on the system. Other brews have been sublime.
