The Ouroboros is a symbol that depicts a snake eating its own tail. Originally brewed in 2017 to celebrate and thank the temporary staff that helped package one of our all-time great beer projects, Serpent. Hazy orange with an aroma of tropical fruit and piney resin, this Double IPA is packed with Galaxy, Mosaic, Amarillo and Simcoe hops.

Can. Amber. Slight haze. Decreasing wispy head.
A rich aroma of mixed hops. Tropical and citrus with a touch of pine resin. mango, grapefruit, mango, peach and papaya.
The hops mellow upon tasting and there's just enough malt to give a bit of balance. Tangerine noted amongst the hops.
Quite a smooth yet dry feel.
An IIPA which reflects a west coast heritage. Very nice.
