Having grown up on the ultra-soft Lake Winona water from the Little Rock water utility, I always thought that it would make a nice Czech Pilsner-style lager. And finally someone stepped up and did it (well, at least commercially). Pulaski Pilsner is made with 100% Czech Saaz hops and has a discernable malt backbone to stand up to it. Generous sudsy head. Nice Spicy Saaz aroma. No off flavors. Moderate bitterness with a clean, slightly spicy finish. They practically nailed the style.
