A - Off the tap into a pint glass at Vino's. Dark brown to almost black color with a thin head.
S - Very light aroma of roasted malt.
T - A solid roasted malt flavor with a sweeter malt ending that has a final hop bite to it.
M - Soft and creamy texture. Medium body and moderate carbonation.
D - Very drinkable, maybe too much. A little more smell to it would be nice. The mouthfeel was really the best part. I think that is due to the oatmeal softening up the body, but the flavor could have some more to it.

I have heard a lot of good things about this place from friends and coworkers. Coming from California and living amidst many pizza places/brew pubs I have somewhat high standards from these places and know what they are capable of.
I really liked the place itself. It had a real homey and personable vibe to it. It was a little confusing, as there were several different sitting areas, including a club in the back. We chose to sit on the upper deck and we really enjoyed it, the weather was lovely. Everyone was also polite and patient with me, which was nice because I didn't really know how everything worked there.
They need to really work on their pizza recipes, as it seems their "supreme" style pizza really only consists of two types of olives, and that's it. If I wanted an olive pizza, I would have ordered olive pizza.

Appearance: Nice black body with a mousy head, almost Guinness-like.
Smell: The nose is full of deep roasted malts, not much else.
Taste: It was decent for an oatmeal stout but nothing spectacular.
Mouthfeel: Thick and chewy.
Drinkability: It was filling, just as any stout should be. It paired nicely with the overloaded olive pizza.
I really liked the atmosphere of the place but I don't really think the beer was worth the effort. I have had way better pizza and beer from smaller joints. I think it would be a great place to go on a date though and I give big points to service and friendliness.

Pours to a thin light brown head and opaque black ruby color. Aroma is roasty and distinctly "Vino's"--much like Lazy Boy Stout, but more nutty and less chocolatey. Flavor is similar to Lazy Boy but with a notable oat flavor. Thicker mouthfeel due to addition to oats. finishes roasty and bittersweet. A pumped-up version of Lazy Boy stout that is quite nice.

The aroma was chocolate, caramel, toasted oats, and roasted malts.
The flavor was similar to the Lazy Boy Stout (chocolate and black coffee), but with a distinct nutty flavor due to the oats. Molasses was also present in the taste.
The mouthfeel was very smooth due to the oats. Undercarbonated, which seems to be problem with the brews whenever I go to Vino's.
A decent beer, but seems like they just took the Lazy Boy Stout and added oats to impart nuttiness and smoothness.
