Cask conditioned
Pours with a dark amber body. Creamy tan head with good retention, some lacing
Smell, slightly spicy, hints of cinnamon, mabye clove, some sweet malt also
Taste, nice crisp hop flavour initially, bitterness followed by a well balanced malt body, slightly herby
A really good example of a christmas ale
