Bottle 0.5L.
Slightly hazy deep golden body with a large, frothy, off-white head, mostly lasting with nice lacing; high density of average-sized bubbles.
Moderate hoppy (resin, pine) and light malty (caramel) aroma.
Moderate bitter and light sweet flavour; long-lasting bitter finish.
Medium body with oily texture; soft carbonation.

L- Pours quite a rich amber colour, clear, with a 1Cm creamy looking head.
S- Oh gawd, mild citrus, grapefruit. Blindtasting, hadn't realised I'd bought a hipster beer.
T- Eugh... a contemporarily hopped (ie like a citrus fruit cocktail) IPA. First sip of beer today was wincing. Subsequently my palate resigns itself to it's fate and I register the Tango'd aspect slightly less. It has a perfumed aspect to it too.
F- Mercifully it's not a total hop-bomb, ie it's clearly a US-style IPA but it's not bludgeoning, as some can be.
O- Clearly not a style for me and I bought it unknowingly taking the 'IPA' at face value, ie imagining it to be Brit style IPA.
Good CO2 though, both rising and retained head. I'm sure this might work well for some others who enjoy how GM-hops can make a beer into a fruity alco-pop.
Bought from a Waitrose in London 500ml bottle £1.70 BB: Oct-22. It wouldn't scan through the till and on checking the staff told me it had (wrongly) being split out from a badger selection box. Presumably why I also had never seen this one stocked loose on the shelves. -#2056

Pint in The Shaston Arms, Soho (£6.10):
Dark amber, not quite copper coloured with a thin, half cm foamy white head that fully covers the surface. Light citrus & pine hops with a few biscuit malts & touches of sugar on the nose, slightly floral with some light malts but not particularly pronounced. Biscuit malts & subtle caramel open the taste, some pine hops & citrus feature again too. It's clean & sharp with decent carbonation & a mild hip bitterness to finish. An okay American IPA at best & nothing special really, other than the look.

Bottle. Clear golden amber with a thin frothy head.
Light hoppy aroma. Mainly citrus with caramel notes.
Leafy citrus flavour with a bitter finish.
A weak attempt at an AIPA.

Badger not only ventures into the US IPA but also into craft cans
pours an amber coloured body with okay white head
aroma that is both floral and says citra hop oil
slightly sweet, slightly citrus, slightly bitter, slightly dull
edit due to the use of hop oil, the beer half way through changes & just loses most of its flavour
