500 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet Sandnes Kvadrat. ABV is 5.2%. Copper colour, moderate head, slightly off-white. Aroma of malts, toffee and caramel. Flavour of malts, toffee, citric and earthy hops, not too sweet, well balanced, satisfying. Would buy again.

Bottle. Clear amber/copper. Deep frothy head. Effervescent.
Smells of fresh green hops and malt.
Toffee flavour with the hops providing a decent bitter balancing act.
Soft carbonation. Medium body.
Closer to a well hopped English ESB than AIPA.

L- Between very deep amber and pale chestnut, clear, pours with 5mm pale tan head.
S- I just get some nice bright malts, presumably hops are adding to that bright aspect but they're not screaming exotic fruit aromas at me, thankfully.
T- The hopping is certainly bright, notably prominent, but the taste is more of trad hops rather than the types that produce notes of lychee, mandarin etc. It has a decent maltiness to it too.
F- My palate might be slightly impacted by summer congestion but this is coming over to me a notably well hopped trad Brit IPA, rather than anything more contemporary out of the US. There are sufficient malts to add a balanced underpinning.
O- I like it, it's refreshing on a 'hot as hell' summer's day like today.
500ml bottle £1.50 from a Waitrose in London. BB: May-2021.
Lable refers to it being brewed with 'WGV, Centennial and Amarillo hops'.
