L- Quite pale for an ale, dark amber, pours clear. Goof rising CO2 and a 1" foam cap (holds very well).
S- Mildly nutty and toasty.
T- Quite bright hopping, reminds me of a bitter. Good malty body too.
F- Excellent CO2 in the mouth. Quite a 'full' beer, ideal for winter.
O- On one hand it seems v trad, but also the hops are bright bright and contemporary. It's very well put together and balanced. Quite impactful on the palate for a relatively modest 5%. Very drinkable
