A: Moderate floral, hibiscus aroma, coupled with moderately light lacto sourness.
A: Pink color, clear, with a moderate tight microbubble head that has adequate retention with very light effervescence.
T: Moderate hibiscus tartness, gives way to a moderate lacto sourness that has a light bitterness from the hibiscus.
M: Light bodied with moderate carbonation.
O: Solid; the beer is refreshing and the hibiscus is well used, but the base Berliner could be even better if it was a bit more expressive with the lacto sourness and would benefit with some complimentary bread/grainy characteristics.
