Corked and caged bottle. Bottle says for sale in California only and made with collaboration with Simple Fish Wines.
Clear gold colored ale with a small white colored head.
Smells sour and strongly of chardonnay wine. Smell of oak. Distinctly sour smelling.
Starts out sour. Mildly sweet and quite fruity. Taste of wine and pineapple. Very sour and tastes mostly of wine.
Mouthfeel is OK.
Overall a sour wine like beer.
