On-tap at Bruery Provisions
The pour is dark amber in color with a finger of off-white head. A very grassy nose to it, seems like a mixture of hoppy and funky grass. Lightly tart with notes of raisin, vinegar, and lemon peel. It’s also a touch leathery. The flavor is a bit like an Oud Bruin, sort of sweet and sour. Definitely some vinegar notes to it, perhaps some cherry skin and plums. Grass, lemon peel, and leather give it a touch of funk. Medium body and carbonation.
