A Belgian brown ale brewed with meridian hops.
Pours dark, with a good head and good lacing.
I can smell spice, dark fruits, and citrus.
Taste is raisin, spices, and rye. My tongue is really enjoying the complexity.
Well balanced, unique, and delicious.

Pours a dark amber with a long-lasting foam and nice lacing. The first mouthful gives you a sense of anticipation-- warm malt and tangy spice, and...dancing Belgian angels? Somehow doesn't seem to live up the the promise of the initial taste.
Still, it's a warm mouthful of roasted malt with a clean finish unencumbered by much of any taste. Some peach and passionfruit with that touch of sweetness are the best features, with just enough tang to keep from being cloying. But overall it's very light weight. A nice touch of scratchy yeast finally makes an appearance. A little of the dry taste for the finish. Totally drinkable but unobtrusive, mildly Belgian-flavored brew.
Brewery calls this a Belgian Brown Ale. On tap at PB California Kebab & Beer Garden.
