A: Pours a light amber with a fair amount of off-white head. This reduces to a film over most of the surface along with a ring around the edge of the glass.
S: Sweet and malty, with a touch of a hoppy note. Very thick.
T: Lightly sweet, lightly hoppy, good body; a little lighter than expected overall, given the ABV. A bit astringent on the finish.
M: Medium body, medium carbonation.
Overall, nice, though not especially outstanding.

Thanks to wethorseblanket for sharing this one at my tasting.
Made exclusively for Healthy Spirits in San Francisco, CA.
Batch # 111B.
Pours a clear dark orange with a foamy bone colored head that settles to a film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, brown sugar, citrus zest, earth, wood, and bourbon. Taste is much the same with an alcohol kick. There is a fruity and woody flavor on the finish. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer with a nice barrel aged presence.
