Pours golden amber with a rich white creamy head that slowly settles and stays. Frothy lacing covers the glass.
The smell is of lightly toasted grain, with a floral note.
The taste is of lightly toasted grain, with a touch of honey sweetness. It has a touch of an almondy nuttiness. It has a floral, dry-ish finish. A touch of alcohol warmth, appropriate for the spring season.
It has a creamy medium body. Smooth despite hint of alcohol.
Clean and refreshing as a good lager should be. Lightly toasty with great balance, this is one I can drink plenty of!
