I find this to be a great place to take your professional clients after a long day at the salt mines. They have a small selection of hand crafted micro brews that are typical to the chain type brew/pub, restaurants.
They offer a rather tasty Alligator Ale that is a rich mahogany colored ale with a surprisingly smooth finish. This beer is perfectly balanced with flavors of dark malts and hops.
They also offer some great burgers. Try the California, flame-grilled burger topped with Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, sliced red onions, sour cream, Applewood smokedbacon and Thousand Island
dressing. for $8.49

Visiting my folks in CO, they recommended Hops. I visited the Northglenn location though there are other brewpubs throughout Denver.
The brewpub is set up as a family resturant establishment very similar to a Chillis or Benigans. There was a bar area when you first walk in and a sit down area in the back. Between the two area's is a small area for the brewery. There were 5 beers on tap, all made at location. Lightning Bolt (golden ale) Alligator Ale (English Brown), Hoptoberfest (marzen), Winter Amber (red) and Lumberjack (oatmeal stout). I tried the sampler which there wasnt a bad beer amoung them. My favorite that I ended up getting a pint of was the Lightnig Bolt.
I sat at the bar and the bartender was very friendly and knowledgable about the different beers. He noted that all the bartenders get a crash corse on brewing so they can answer any questions. Or at least most questions.
The food was average. Mostly consisting of American food such as burgers, salads, fried food and what not. The menu was a little pricy but the bartender noted that they have specials (lucky me I didn't go during there happy hour). Overall I enjoyed Hops and would recommend it.
