Note: according to the brewer we talked to this is an exact copy of their stout ale but with lager yeast. A hybrid modeled after anchor steam.

A - low quickly dying head with nice dark frothy blood color. Darkcola color

S - sweet chocolate a bit of dunkel hops. Some smokey roasted notes.

T - sweet simple malty. Similar to an American stout mixed with a Schwartz. The hop of choice has a fresh green flavor

M - smooth but lacking in carbonation.

D - sweet easy to drink not overly complex
