This is my favorite out of all of the Hideji beers. I am a bit biased, though, because I love wheat beers.
This beer has a very fruity and grainy aroma. The taste is also fruity, but has complementing spices blended in with it. There are a few different tastes so each sip is kind of refreshing and exciting.
The color is rich and tan. To me, like all of the Hideji beers, the carbonation isn't very strong. I prefer drinking it straight out of the bottle.
It is very drinkable and and I hope to drink more in the near future.

Thanks to Scott for bringing this to the tasting.
A - Opaque, dark tan body with a small white head and stubborn lacing.
S - Massive yeast aroma with banana and clove notes.
T - Cinamon, banana, yeast and huge malt flavor.
M & D - Thick, complex delicious
Although these bottles usually go for $5 a pop, this might just be worth it.
