Had to get this instead of my usual Viking Plunder. Pours a dark but clear brown. Smell is a slight malt scent. Taste is a nice malt taste, nutty and hops coming in the end. Finishes nice. Mouthfeel a bit thinner than usual. Great beer I can knock back all day. These guys always make great stuff.

Light chestnut brown color with little to no head or lace. Aromas hint of sweet malt and light caramel. In the mouth the beer is all session. Light to medium in body the beer is easy to put down and rather simple in flavor with sweet malt being eased to the background by very minimal hopping. This is a basic brown that worked well with a plate of fish and chips in a Rockland cafe.
