This place took over for On tap as the brewpub of the UTC mall. Same setup, including the bar area, sushi bar, and regular tables. Smattering of TVs including a nice big flatscreen above the bar. Seems to have some decent business during Happy hour, the only time I've gone. Young waitstaff are about as expected for being young waitstaff.
They have 9 house brews, 2 of which were out when I went. Amber ale (quite bitter), blonde/kolsch, pale ale (out), dry stout (out), bigger stout (6.5% and not bad), hefeweizen, IPA (not bad), brown ale (nutty), and an ESB (too chocolaty). The 3 guest beers were arrogant bastard, stone smoked porter, and green flash anniversary tripel.
I've only had the buffalo wings there. Not bad. Sushi appears to be quite expensive.
Happy hour is M-F 4-7p and Sun noon-6pm. $2 pints of any beer including guest beers. 1/2 price apps, $3 wine, 25% off sushi.
Overall: I'd wager the sushi and entrees will be lacking, but I'm definitely going back for happy hour beer and apps and sports on TV.
