A: Pours a light golden color, frothy white head, good lacing down the glass.
S: Smell is very strong of banana. Good wheaty scent as well.
T: Banana/clove sweetness. Slight yeasty taste
M: Light bodied, goes down very easily
D: When I ordered this the barmaid was like 'have you ever tasted this before?" So I got a sample, she was worried that I would be turned off by the banana flavors in it. What do you know, a weizen that tastes like a weizen should!! Very well done beer.

After days of IPAs and stouts, this stood out as a nice opportunity for a change. And change it was.
On tap, this imperial pint is rather attractive, slightly hazy, rich golden, and a faint head. Aroma is slightly citrus, slightly cider, but overall mild. The Taste starts as a clean, crisp, gala, but finishes with an almost overpowering banana. Still nice flavors, but too much fruit does bad things. Still, it was a nice compliment to my melted cheese sandwich, and was easy to drink.
