Nice to see another organic beer on the local scene, especially a clean, sensible one like this one. No Pity has a bright hoppy flavor whose modest intrusion of tannins are overcome by a light brush of fruity malts. The body is glowing amber, light and accessible. The suds start with good intentions then fade from sight.
No Pity is built on prudent restraints that equate with durability. Nicely done.
