Big beer that pulls off that tricky balance of creating a big lager that is not unbalanced and hot. The mouthfeel was full and hoppy but not one dimensional. I could not drink more than a pint of this but that is not really the point with this style. Almost doppelbock in feel this is a beer for the fall.

Pours a clear amber color with no head what so ever.
Aromas are a bit malty and sweet, with a touch of pine hops.
Taste is fruity and thick in the mouth. It is boozy, with some alcohol warmth. Finish is crisp, with a grapefruit hop kick.
Nice full and thick mouthfeel.
Drinkability is good. It's a bit hefty, but it is tasty. Would definitely drink this one again.
