On-Tap @ Bailey's Taproom poured into Shaker glass.
Pours a crystal clear golden color with a bubbly white head that quickly dissolves and leaves a light ring around the glass. The aroma is noble earthy hops and sweet malts (maybe honey?) The flavor is malt forward followed by a clean presence of earthy hops. It has a soft sweet bitterness and is semi-dry. Its light bodied and has lively carbonation. Nice light body makes for easy drinking. But it may come across as being a little earthy.

On tap at the original brewpub, imperial pint.
Very pale golden body with a slight haze. Bright white head doesn't stick around too long (not without swirling, anyway), but leaves excellent sticky lacing.
Nice "fresh" aromas. Light malted and unmalted barley, hay, cut grass, wheat, honeysuckle, lemon, hint of pine.
Tastes much like it smells, but even better. Grassy with a nice touch of wheat and lemon. Pleasantly grainy. Nice citrus and pine bitterness from the middle through the swallow. This is some good stuff.
Medium-light body and moderate carbonation. There is a definite oily/creamy component to the feel. Finishes with a bit of lingering citrus and pine.
Overall impression: Very enjoyable lighter version of an APA. A really well constructed, nicely balanced beer. Yet another solid offering from the Lab.

Tried at the Brewer's Fest in Portland.
A: Golden, a little cloudy, decent head.
S: Wheat and fruit dominant. Hops in background.
T: Hoppy flavor with dark fruit undertones, toffee, some caramel malt. Maybe a little barley mixed in. A little too yeasty.
M: Medium-light bodied, decent carbonation, a little astringent.
D: Doesn't drink too great. I don't think I'll try it again. Perhaps they should try wind power :)
