The style is supposed to be clear "Kristalweizen" but instead it is hazy through and through. Two fingers of white head dissipates quickly without lace. A nice bit of bubblegum and citrus hits the nose and reminds me of many summer hefe's back home. Solid citric, and wheat forward to the palate, with hints of coriander and spice in the aft. I have opened the can at almost room temperature which is doing wonders for the texture; medium body, a bit chewy with minor carbonation.
Overall, I am very excited about this, a solid wheat beer. You cannot imagine how hard it is to get good beer out here in Okinawa, without dropping way too much cash for common internationals.
