This is still available direct from Elmar's Brewery and is served on tap at the bar.
A - Poured a cloudy straw colour with thick foamy head that left considerable lacing on the glass.
S - Very sweet smelling with distinct aromas of banana, wheat and hops.
T - Banana malt with a light vanilla/toffee caramel aftertaste.
M - Very refreshing and smooth with light carbonation.
It's a pity it can't be bought outside of the brewery. Was very nice and if I didn't have to drive I could easily have stayed for a few more.
