Had this beer at Smith Brothers Fish Shanty before dinner one recent evening. Beer poured a dark thinck oily liquid that left a decent head on the brew. Beer smelled like burnt grain with a nice cherry aroma. Taste reminded me of a chocolate covered cherry. Carbonation was just right, but the beer was rather thick and I could not see myself drinking a lot of these. The perfect beer to enjoy neer the fireplace on a cold winter night.
