Honeyed color, quite clouded, with some floating corpuscules. Decent head, light beige, quite creamy and persistent.
In the smell the sweetness of malt, with light spicy notes. Anyway, pleasant and fresh.
The taste is on the same notes of sweet malt, light caramel, and spices, with almost balsamic notes. Again very fresh.
Average to light in body.
Spicy notes in aftertaste, and also hop, quite long.
Good.

BBE 2-2007. Nice appearance with lasting white head and a clear deep golden beer. Nose is very spicy giving anis,ginger, koreander and a fruity and flowery nose overall. Sweet maltaromes give a nice touch to the nose aswell as the alcohol. Taste is full strong for a 6.3 beer and aftertaste is quiet bitter and spicy. Mouthfeel is good but maybe bitterness is bit to hanging but overall a nice brew that's a pleasure to drink.
