On-tap at Triumph Brewing Company, New Hope, PA
A: The beer is light yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short bright white head that died down, leaving a thin collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of bready malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, but the malty flavors are a bit stronger. No bitterness is perceptible, but the hops mask any sweetness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a little clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is easy to drink but isn't as flavorful compared to the top beers in the style. You also need to let it warm up a bit to let the bready flavors develop.
