Appearance: Pours golden yellow and pretty clear with a quickly gone completely white head.
Smell: Some lemon and buttery malt with a twinge that doesn't bode overly well.
Taste: Some light German malts with a bit of a earthy undertone. Some definitely off flavors going on as well. Some diacetyl and a slight dms note imo fairly forward. Slight bitter end note.
Mouthfeel: Very light and crisp.
Drinkability: This is a really tough style to brew, and even harder to perfect. The off notes are not overwhelming but definitely present. If you're eating some appetizers and just want a refresher then pick this up, because whatever you eat will overwhelm the off flavors but I'm not going to be drinking this solo from now on.

Had on tap at the Princeton Triumph location. ABV was listed as 5.1%.
Appearance: Golden yellow, a tad darker than usual for a pilsner. Three fingers of white head, that lingered for awhile. Good lacing.
Smell: Muted grassy hops, some lemon-citrus notes. Some bready notes from the malt.
Taste: Definitely a hoppy pilsner, but it was nice and refreshing. A grassy bitterness was the dominate note, but the hops weren't so strong as to be overpowering. They were backed nicely by the bready malt. Overall the flavors were mild, but good.
Mouthfeel: Maybe a little overcarbonated. Nice and easy to drink, though.
Drinkability: A solid, if unspectacular, beer. It's not something I would seek out or rush back to Triumph for, but it's a good beer that I enjoyed having.

A nice Pilsner indeed.
The beer came with a nice foamy white head about 3 fingers in thickness that did dissipate quickly.
This pilsner is bright gold in color, very clear and a nice amount of visible carbonation.
Only a small amount of lacing remained in the glass
Aroma was bread like quality with a hint of spicy hops. Not a very strong aroma. But enough to tell you this was going to be a pilsner.
Taste was very well balanced and quite crisp. A nice spicy hit up front with a hop bitterness that settled to a crisp biscuit like finish. Also a nice hop linger was present.
A touch of sweetness, slight spice/pepper and also a refreshing mouth feel.
Effervescent carbonation and very nice drinkability.
I enjoyed this pilsner and was struck by the freshness of the taste.
