Triumph- Princeton
American IPA
Appearance- Bright orange/ brown with a heavy lacing head.
Smell- Candy caramel malt with a nice touch of citrus.
Taste- Sweet, yet bitter grapefruit up front mixed evenly with a nice caramel malt.
Mouthfeel- Slighty bitter and dry, flavor fizzles out half way through.
Overall- A tasty beer here. Had it with the vegetable panini.
