On-tap @ Triumph Brewing Co. in New Hope, PA.
Pale gold in color with a very slight haze to it and a small white head. Aroma is mild, consisting mostly of grainy malt. Very light floral hops round out the profile. Sweet, grainy malt flavor. Soft carbonation keeps a smooth feel to the beer. Medium bodied, pushing medium-full, and slightly warming at the end.
Overall, it's a well enough made bock that avoids getting too heavy or cloying. Pretty refreshing on a hot day after a trip to the nearby Bucks County Children's Museum. Paired nicely with spicy chicken lettuce wraps for lunch.
