Definitely not retired. I could only find the Witbier rating located in the Triumph Philadelphia location, although I just picked up a growler of Witbier from the Triumph Brewery in Princeton, NJ. Poured from the growler into a standard pint glass.
Appearance: Nice golden wheat color with a bit of murkiness to it. The light white head, which was minimal, dissipated to a thin ring in my glass. Minimal lacing tried it's best to stick around as my glass emptied.
Smell: Belgian yeast, citrus, cloves, mild sweet banana and bubble gum comes to mind. This has a very appreciative aroma.
Taste: I really enjoy the Belgian Witbier beers and was very much looking forward to finding it locally brewed, which was done at the Princeton Triumph Brewery. Cloves and citrus dominated my first sip, followed by a moderately sweet banana finish. This is so much better than a Blue Moon, which is a tad bit too sweet for my liking. Triumph nailed the Witbier style perfect. Not too sweet with all of the Witbier flavors I enjoy.
Mouthfeel: The lively carbonation, with just the right amount of tingly feel on the tongue, was able to blend all of the Belgian Witbier flavors together perfectly.
Overall: I'll be honest, I'm sad to see my growler volume lessen. I would highly recommend you visit the Triumph in Princeton to taste how they mastered the Witbier style. Another well done beer by Triumph @ Princeton!!

First had: on tap at Triumph, Philly, PA
Definitely not retired.
Pretty standard witbier selection, pouring a slightly hazed yellow color with a finger or two of white head that fizzled out pretty quickly. Noticeably carbonated. Grainy aroma, typical wheat profile, grassy, with a touch of peppery spice. A little harsh on the tongue, light and grainy, yeasty, with hints of lemon zest and pepper. Acrid aftertaste. Light mouthfeel, and fairly drinkable if you're into the style, which is something I really have to be in the mood for. Still, not a bad witbier.

Pours a very clouded orange-ish brown. Nose is yeasty and grassy. Flavor is very spice forward. Feel on liquid and carbonation is smooth. Very drinkable. This is a very nice witbier that could go up against others produced on the other side of the pond.

Thanks to hopdog for sharing the growler...
Appears a hazy cloud of light gold with a mild white head that fades into a thin head and mild collar. Tiny specks of lace are left around the glass.
Smell is of clove, lemon, white pepper, and crisp wheat.
Taste echoes the aromas with slightly bland flavors but a somewhat refreshing sweetness.
Mouthfeel is light bodied, spicy, and effervescent.

Triumph at the Philadelphia location lists this as "Witbier" on the menu and at this location the ABV is 5.0% Also this is a summer seasonal. These details need corrected.
Appearance: The beer is served a hazy yellow with orange brown tones and a big froth off-white head. Nice lacing.
Smell: Big spices in the nose. This beer is heavy handed with the coriander. Almost dominating everything else. There is a nice big orange peel and even lemon scent in the aroma as well. Beyond the citrus it had a hint of clove and other spices that were more of an undertone.
Taste: The flavor seemed to rely heavily on the spices in this one. I am OK with that but the character was mostly in the spices and not so much the Wit yeast flavors. Still, it is approachable and easy to accept and to drink. The coriander and lemon lead with a very crisp dryness left on the cheeks and a long aftertaste. Hints of banana clove and orange are present but little flavor from the malts. It is a tart easy spicy Wit.
Mouthfeel and Drinkability: It is supposed to be light but a little more body would help IMO. The dry crisp feel helps it be easy drinking and sessionable. It is light in the stomach and a good choice for summertime session drinking.
Hope this is helpful.
Cheers!

Triumph New Hope- Wit
Appearance- hazy brownish yellow with a thick biscuit head on top. Laced the glass nicely.
Smell- floral aroma immediately hits me. Fruity peach aroma as well.
Taste- Whiskey sour mix, but toned down. A touch of nectarine with a light floral flavor. Coriander and orange rind thrown in?! All evenly balanced.
Mouthfeel- light and smooth, no bitterness or bite. An easy drink!
Overall- only 15 minutes away, Triumph is a place I go quite often but seldom review.
Their Wit was very good and a nice summer seasonal on a hot afternoon. Again, like all of Triumph's beers, it's not an aggressive beer but a nice ,solid in the middle, 1!

Hazy pale yellow in color with a 1/2" head. No lacing develops. The aroma is of banana, strong cloves, and citrus. The flavor was pretty strong on the lemon citrus, and the banana and spice sat in the background. Very mild bitterness rounds this out.
The mouthfeel is very crisp at the start and finish. The finish is also relatively clean. Lighter in body. Nice drinkability, a decent hot day brew.

Well introduced hazy bright unfiltered gold topped with an ivory cap.
Plenty of invigorating wit scents of spicy orange peel and curacao.
Flavors revolve around the standard lemon bright bite. Clean finish and extremely tasty. Enjoyable. Personally, I prefer Weyerbacher Blance as far as far as a local Wit fave but Triumph makes a winner here.
