Had this on-tap at the Princeton location. Most likely brought back. The bartender said the alcohol content was comparable to the Hefeweizen so I'd peg it at about 5.5%. Color was a bit more orange than the older reviews. Served with an orange which I put in the beer but did not squeeze. Made a nice pairing with their smoked turkey sandwich. Slight alcohol aftertaste but not too distracting from the overall experience. Definitely recommended while it's around.

My first gose beer. The specimen at hand was a dark hazy yellow with an inch of white head on top. Banana, clove and earthy spiciness round out the aroma. Slightly chewy due to the wheat, but still nimble on the palate. The flavors are similar to the nose, banana, clove, and some earthiness. There is a lingering acidity toward the end.
Definitely refreshing on a hot summer day. Similar to hefeweizen, but a little earthier. I very much enjoyed the pint.

Triumph Princeton- Gose
A- Dark, thick, dirty, unfiltered banana yellowish brown with a good size head. Solid chunky lacing.
S- Thick strong wheat, cloves, bananas, and vanilla.
T- Again thick gritty wheat, clove, banana, and vanilla. Similiar to a Hefe just not as bubblegum fruity.
M- Thick viscious grittiness lends into a sour tangy end.
Overall- My first Gose and I say it was pretty good. So close to a Hefe. Just thicker, heavier, and a little less spicy fruitiness.
