Pours a hazed golden yellow with pillow of soapy white bubbles, decent retention. Scent leads with big floral push, yeasty bread and mild spicing provide the solid backbone, notable piney and faintly citrus hoppy quality. Taste follows scent, hard to describe the overall composition, but it works wonderfully. Floral notes from chamomile work well with hoppyness of the beer, the backbone is a nice level of bready yeast and light Belgian spicing. Medium bodied, refreshing. A nice, unique Belgian style ale.
