This was a temporary addition to replace their standard Bengal Gold IPA and it was honestly one of the best IPA's I have ever had in a Jersey brewpub. Tons of grapefruit aroma and just enough caramel malts to give a slight impression of juicy sweetness on the palate, but not enough to interfere with the citrusy/floral and dry/drinkable character of the beer. I had two pints of this IPA at the Princeton location around mid-February 2011.
