Also known as Top Secret. Asked the manager what this was actually classified as, said it could be Belgian Farmhouse/saison or a Quadrupel.

Blend of Farmhouse cider, belgian ale, and local wildflower honey. Quadrupel, in my opinion, would be a good classification. It has the depth and complexity. It really tastes like a Belgian wheat meets mead meets farmhouse ale. Top it off, served from hand pump.

Aroma is honey sweetness, but overall very very faint/light. Carbonation is medium...with a very long lasting head, and fantastic lacing. Creamy mouthfeel. Booze is a non factor.

**Not to be confused with the bottle release that has champagne yeast and aged in JD barrels**
