Brewer's Special in Dec 2009.
Appearance: dark brown in color with a short 1/2: head.
Smell: roasted malts and soft chocolate tones are pleasant on the nose.
Taste: roasted malts, chocolate, hint of prunes, and a moderate bitterness makes up a simple but tasty porter.
Mouthfeel: medium bodied. Smooth from start to finish. Aftertaste is short.
Drinkability: easy to quaff this one. One of the better offerings I have had at the brewpub. Easily a good session beer. Try it.
