From a sampler: This beer is a take on Charlie Papazian's Buzzdigh "Moog Double Brown Ale" from The Complete Joy of Homebrewing. Pours a brownish-amber color with a thin off-white head and thin lacing. Light malt and honey aroma. Medium- to light-bodied with both sweet malt and tart hops flavors. It also has a long and lightly bitter finish. A decent Brown Ale.
