2 Maibocks from 2 Nashville brewpubs in one day! This beer is named for 2002 Tennessee Homebrewer of the Year Reverend Mark Forrester. From a sampler: This beer pours a light golden-orange with a medium off-white head. Very thin lacing. Aroma is alternating light hops and malt. Smooth drinking for sure, with malt, caramel/toffee and a touch of honey. A lightly bitter finish grows throughout. Not as robust as Blackstone's version but not bad. A good summer beer.
