OG = 1.070; IBU = 33. Had this on tap at the Nashville brewpub. Pours a light golden color with a small head that dies off quickly. They say this is a mixture between a German Bock and an English Strong Ale. The flavor very much resembles a bock, but has a slightly more hoppy character. Moderate body. Finish is bitter. Slight sweetness and high malt character blend well with the hops. Good brew.
