OG = 1054 IBU = 39

Poured a nice medium amber with a decent head. No lacing.

Only a faint bit of hops is present in the aroma. 39 IBU? Really?

A very light earthy hop flavor is accompanied by a wee bit of malt. Finishes with more bitterness than the taste and aroma let on; an
ESB like finish.

Nice full mouthfeel; low carbonation.

Worth a try, but not something I am coming back for. AN average to below average pale ale.

A - Dark orange color with one finger off white head. Limited lacing, but a good looking APA.

S - Weak citrus aroma. I expect more of a hop aroma from a Pale Ale and this one didnt have it. It had a good smell, just not very strong or defined.

T - Citrusy hop taste but very easy on the bitterness. Sweet backbone to it. Very well balanced but not enough hop taste for my liking.

M/D - Medium bodied and very easy drinking.

I love Bosco's and was excited about a new Pale Ale. The hops aroma was good and I really enjoyed the taste. I didn't find it too bitter, maybe a little citrus. I'm still refining my palette, but I am positive that this is definitely a winner! four more words now.
