Pretty good beer, but lacks some of the more 'interesting' characters that are usually found in the style. As expected, the beer has a nice straw, lightly hazed, nicely headed appearance that laced well. The body was firm and felt slight of medium. Followed by a mild creamy / silky texture reminescent of Witbiers. The beer tasted a bit pure, without the tartness, muskiness, pungent character that is usually exhibited. Instead, lightly lemony, apple-ey, and ester with pilsner malts, and german-ish hops. Lightens toward the finish with a mild alcohoic note and crispness. Pretty good beer.
