Served on-tap at the brewery into a pint glass.
A: Dark, dark brown. Almost black. Lets almost no light through. Minimal head, a lot of lacing on the glass.
S: Chocolate, a little vanilla. Bready. Spices. Really inviting.
T: One of the best tasting beers I've had. Sweet up front, roasted malty/bready taste comes through next, smooth, milky sweet finish. Really great.
M: Smooth, not a lot of carbonation.
D: Really drinkable.
This is, hands-down, the best beer I've had at Bosco's and one of the better beers I've had period.

A - Deep, dark brown color, verging on black. Decent one finger light brown head. Head slowly fades and leaves a thin foamy layer on top. Excellent lacing on the glass.
S - A little dull on the aroma. Hints of sweet chocolate and toasted/burnt bread. Also an earthy spiciness underneath.
T - Initial strong chocolate sweetness. Roasted malt taste also comes through early. As the beer warms a light spiciness becomes more noticeable while remaining well balanced with the sweetness.
M/D - Very smooth and creamy feel. A little too much carbonation though. Very easy drinking.
One of the two best beers I have had from Boscos (Bombay IPA being the other).
